We have strict quality control process, and the most important 3 inspection stages are IQC, IPQC, FQC. Each LED lighting product has a different quality control standard according to related requirements. 

In IQC process, we inspect the quality of the materials from suppliers. All LED components/raw materials will be checked before used. Once some items are rejected, they will be sent to further tests. Strict quality control and well managed processes are important for creating high-quality products, and they are always Home Resource’s priorities.

IQC Inspection

1. Receive the parts from suppliers.
2. QA department performs inventory check when the incoming goods arrive in inspection area.
3. Check if the parts are from approval suppliers or not.
4. Verify if the components are RoHS compliant.
5. IQC perform inspections based on components’ approval sheets and regulations.
